Start your year by renewing yourself with Encore! Encore Dance Ensemble will hold an introductory movement workshop on Sunday, January 12 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM at the Arlington Center, 369 Mass Ave, Arlington, MA.

We will guide you through a series of activities that include: warming your core and limbs, increasing your movement vocabulary, learning dance phrases, exploring improvisational movement, and bringing joy and fluidity into your body and soul. As the class concludes, Encore members will perform excerpts from their repertory of original choreographic works, tying in some of the movement phrases from the class.
